Privacy & Cookies
How LEAKIM handles your data. Written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive (as implemented in Sweden by Lagen om elektronisk kommunikation).
01 — Summary
This site is a personal portfolio. It does not run advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking. The only non-essential data processing happens when you choose to load third-party media players (Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, YouTube). Nothing non-essential loads until you make a choice on the consent banner.
02 — Controller
The controller for personal data on this site is Mikael "LEAKIM" Johansson, Stockholm, Sweden. For privacy requests, use the contact form or the email address in the footer.
03 — Strictly-necessary storage
We store a single key, leakim-consent-v1, in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie choice. No consent is required under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive because this storage is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for. No personal data is transmitted to us.
04 — Third-party media embeds
When you allow media embeds, the following providers may set cookies and receive your IP address, user agent and the URL you visited. Each provider acts as an independent controller under their own privacy policy:

05 — Server logs & hosting
This site is hosted on Lovable Cloud (Cloudflare edge). The host processes IP addresses and request metadata for the strictly necessary purpose of delivering pages and preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). Logs are retained by the host for a short period and are not used for profiling.
06 — Contact form
If you submit the contact form, the data you provide (name, email, message) is used solely to answer your message (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and deleted when no longer needed.
07 — Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY / Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).
